Memorial Day
So looking forward to Memorial Day! It is the start of a wonderful summer you can just see stretched out like and endless blue glistening waters. We are having a cookout Sunday at 30! Cant wait! See you there!

Mother's Day Weekend
We had a great Mothers Day weekend! We went to Lake Hope with my parents, my sister Hallie and her fam, my sister Sara and her fam, and my friend Amy and her fam. (My sister Erin couldn't make it:( )
It was an awesome weekend! The kids fishing tourney was great! Chloe got 2nd place for her age division!
We had great meals, scavenger hunt, played games, fished, hung by the fire ,and had lots of laughter!

Easter
We had an absolutly wonderful Easter this year!
My parents and Hallie Justin and Toby came over!
(also Izzi's new boyfriend- who she really seems to like)
We had ham, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, corn, fruit, and bread.
Chloe did this holiday for her party planning project for 4H, she made a seating chart and place cards as well.
For Megan's 4H project in cake decorating-she made the cupcakes. They had green coconut on them for grass and twizzlers for the handle and 2 candy eggs, she made Eater Basket cupcakes!
It was a wonderful Easter!

Game Night
We are instituting family game night at our house- tonight is our first night! I am not sure what we are going to play but we have several options. To keep our board games organized and convenient to the kitchen table, I bought a pretty chest then I took all the games out of their huge bulky boxes and put them in ziplock bags. So the ziplock bags and the game boards go right into the chest with plenty of room and we can easily access them..... We are so excited!!

Butterfly Kisses
New Work Week
Last week, me and Matt decided that we could financially swing it for me to work 4 days a week! So i am happy to say I am now off Mondays! I very much enjoyed my day home yesterday with Talia! I think this will really make our household run smoother and be a positive thing for our family!
